At this opportunity I would like to introduce my new progressive hybridisation method focusing to frost resistant plants.

On the enclosed picture you can see my nice one year old hybrid rostrata x filamentosa.

The advantage is to compare it with classical pollination that you can get adult filamentosa with stem during one summer and possible flowers next year.

Is that a dead Y. rostrata stem, where did you put into a Y. filamentosa?

Hi Mirko, you are right, it is realoy the dead rostrata stem. Downside there are new small rostratas growing from roots. We will see next year, if such placed filamentosa will be really frost resistent.
